Homework for the week is due on Friday. Weekly homework assignments are sent home each Friday and are also listed in your student's work plan.
Science
Science textbook;
*Read the lesson and answer the questions.

Math
*Math fluency practice,
and
*Pass at least ONE i-Ready math lesson per week, (if you have computer access at home).
Reading
*Read for 30 minutes each afternoon/evening, five days a week;
*Complete reading log activities (handout);
and
*Pass at least ONE Achieve3000 Lesson per week, (if you have computer access at home).

Language Arts:
- Reading, annotating, and analyzing fiction and non-fiction texts.
- Writing using evidence from text sources.
- Integrating information from multiple text sources.
Math
- 4th grade - Factors and multiples, multiplication (2-digit by 2-digit and 1-digit by 4-digit), division (1-digit by 4-digit), place value, equivalent fractions, and adding/subtracting fractions with like denominators.
- 5th grade - Adding and subtracting fractions with unlike denominators, division (4-digit by 2-digit),
- Ongoing place value and geometry practice. : )
- Ongoing practice with with the four operations
- Multiplication, addition, division, and subtraction are crucial skills!
