Welcome to the 2019-2020 school year! I hope your summer was full of fun and rejuvination! Over the break, incoming 6th graders were assigned the Lois Lowry novels The Giver and its companion Gathering Blue. Please bring these novels to class as we will be using them and your knowledge of the texts in our opening weeks' assignments. We will be starting Messenger sometime September 9th.
7th-graders, we will begin The Boy in the Striped Pajamas 8/29. I will have copies in class, but it is recommended to get your own as well.
