This application is only for students who are new to Duval County Public Schools.
- Do not complete this application if the student: already has a student number; is currently enrolled in a district school; is currently enrolled in a charter school; is enrolled in Duval Virtual Instruction Academy: is enrolled in DCPS Homeschool; or is participating in the McKay Scholarship program.
